The workforce of the UEAB Library comprises of four professionals and five paraprofessionals.
Emmanuel Odai Laryea
UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN
The University Librarian sees to the day-to-day administration of the Library, implementing policies as formulated by the Library Committee of the University. The Librarian is responsible to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academics.
TECHNICAL SERVICES LIBRARIAN
The Technical Services Librarian is in charge of all material processing of the Library. The current Technical Services Librarian also doubls as the Assistan Librarian, to in absense of the University Librarian.

The Technical Services Assistant provides accessions and all library materials for processing and maintains an asset register of materials that come into the Library

Manages the Libraries Print Databases.

The Reference and Research Assistant is in charge of user services such for reference and research.
REFERENCE AND RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Mrs. Alice Ouma
SYSTEMS AND ELECTRONIC RESOURCES LIBRARIAN
Manages all the Library's Electronic Resources such as Virtual Library, University Repository and Electronic Databases and maintains Library systesms such as the TLC.

CIRCULATION MANAGER
The Circulation Manager supervices the giving out and collecting back (charging an discharging) of library materials to patrons.
